Sometimes, things happen because of mistakes that we inadvertently make, or the customer becomes dissatisfied for some reason. When this happens, please drop us an email to [email protected] there is NEVER a circumstance where an email will go unanswered. We will try very hard to satisfy your request, but we can not control certain things.
Of course, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return all unopened bottles for a complete refund of the purchase price of those bottles. This applies for 30 days only - any purchase older than 30 days will not be refunded. Consumed or opened bottles of any brand, whether returned or not, will be charged at the full retail rate. You will receive a refund of the balance of what is returned, minus the restocking fee and shipping charge.
You need an RMA for returned products – please email [email protected] for the RMA number. A returned product without an RMA number will not be credited.
